We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join the leadership team to drive NEW BUSINESS sales – both from our existing base and new companies. We’re looking for someone ideally from a technology background who has a great outlook and is driven to succeed. Salary £40,000 – £60000 OTE plus company car or car allowance.  

About The Role:

· To deliver annual, quarterly and monthly sales results

· Developing multi-channel marketing campaign plans to generate new business opportunities

· Defining and implementing the strategic, tactical and operational level sales plans

· Leading, managing and developing the team to deliver the results

· Maintaining service standards to drive customer loyalty and referrals

· Leading, managing and developing the sales and marketing team from lead generation to order to deliver company sales targets

· Providing the necessary tools, training, guidance and support to ensure that everyone in the team is fully equipped

· Setting the marketing and sales team targets and compensation plans

· Managing budget allocation to the required resources and the campaign activities across a range of channels, (including but not limited to social media, direct email mail, Google AdWords, website)

· Working with agencies to design and develop targeted marketing materials (case studies, testimonials, brochures, proposal templates etc.)

Essential Skills & Experience

· Proven track record of delivering sales results, managing the end to end process

· Experience of leading, managing and developing a team

· Experience in the IT professional services industry selling solutions

· Financial planning, budget management, designing sales commission plans and performance monitoring and reporting (essential)

· Highly organised, process and results driven, tenacious

· People person with strong interpersonal skills

· Engaging management style

· Willing to challenge

· Self-starter, highly proactive, strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of outcomes

About The Benefits
