We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator for a leading Industrial equipment supplier based in Runcorn, This is a part time position working hours are Monday to Wednesday 8:30-17:00 The salary for this position is £20,000 pro rata with an immediate start.

About The Role:

You will be the first point of contact for any customer queries which is a vital part of not only your role but for the business. You will also in regular in contact with on call and home based engineers to ensure a smooth running of operations.

You main duties will be.

To carry out tasks involved in quoting for service work

Chasing customer orders

Allocating jobs to engineers

Ordering parts

Posting engineers reports

Entering orders and costings on our AX administration system

Preparing special invoices

To be the first point of contact from a customer standpoint

To keep in regular contact with engineers

Salary/Hourly Rate: £20,000 (full pro rata – £8,489 based on hours etc.)

Hours of Work: Mon-Wed (08:30-17:00)
