We are currently recruiting for a Sales Team Manager for a well established fast growing insurance company based in Liverpool City Centre. This will be offering a salary between £25,000-£30,000, parking and immediate start. This would suit a candidate who is working or has worked in an outbound sales management role.
Please note all candidates will be CRB checked as its a heavily regulated FCA environment
About The Role:
Driving team to achieve/exceed department sales KPI’s in a consistent manner
Provide daily feedback on performance and general information cascade to team and conduct agreed levels of team 121s, meetings, buzz sessions and company communication session
Ensure delivery of Client KPIs within team including: Day to day service levels, Monthly sales KPI’s (volume and percentages), customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
Adhere to HR policies and procedures to provide a fair and consistent approach to managing staff and, where necessary, conduct counselling and disciplinary hearings
Managing and coaching a team of Advisors
Achieving the attrition, absence and adherence targets
Conduct agreed level of quality assessments and provision of feedback to ensure quality standards are maintained
