We are recruiting for a well established local company who is looking for a Service Engineer Co-ordinator or Planner to join their existing team. The role comes with a salary of up to £17,000, a pension scheme, free parking and great career prospects.
About the role:
Reporting to the service team leader, you will be co-ordinating jobs for a team of service engineers across the UK. Duties will include:
Handling customer enquiries effectively and efficiently via telephone and email
Scheduling engineers for existing customers to carry out inspections and repairs
Managing the service mailbox
Liaising with sub-contractors and raising orders
Generating quotations for any further work required
Keeping customers and engineers updated regarding order status
Generating customer reports based on the engineer’s visit
Accurately keeping systems and records up to date
General administration duties
Skills and Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role co-ordinating engineers, either in an engineering or possibly facilities based environment. Customer service experience is essential.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
