We are looking for an outgoing, confident and motivated Telemarketing Executive or Appointment Setter to join our client’s team based in the Chorley area. This role offers free parking, a company mobile phone and excellent career prospects. You will need to be a clear communicator and must be able to use your initiative and prioritise workload.
About The Role:
You will be responsible for contacting customers from a niche market to promote the company’s broad range of products and services whilst generating leads and setting appointments for the Area Sales Managers.
Duties will include:
Dealing with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls
Responding to emails
Maintaining and developing a good knowledge of the company’s products and services
Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and potential clients
Establishing relationships with clients and arranging follow ups and meetings for the Area Sales Managers
Collaborating marketing strategies and keeping up to date with current market trends.
Supporting and assisting the Sales team throughout the sales process
Essential Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar Telesales, Telemarketing or Appointment setting role
You must be proactive, strategic and confident on the phone
