Fantastic working environment brand new office and great opportunities; we are currently recruiting for a Print Billing Specialist. The role will be working Monday to Thursday 9.00AM – 5.30PM with a 5.00PM finish on a Friday and is paying up to £21,000per annum. This role is a temporary position to cover a busy period.
About The Role:
Create and maintain efficient Contract administration process with particular attention to document flow and storage of signed service contracts.
Maintaining customer contact information and records to facilitate accurate billing.
Collate and maintain records of printer usage (click counts/meter readings) from customers and internal software systems into relevant Billing processes/systems to enable accurate invoicing to customers.
Produce bespoke customer invoices on a monthly/quarterly basis via Excel.
Reviewing contract information including asset lists, systems accuracy and billing information to facilitate accurate billing.
Maintain records of changes in contract values
Providing feedback and billing review to customer and sales teams
Set up new contract billing methodology on a customer by customer basis determined by contract specifics
Provide Billing review information for Customers in an understandable format and to liaise with customers where necessary in an advisory capacity.
Raise PO’s to suppliers to cover internal processes and accounting requirements, following through the full approval and justification requirement.
Producing P&L style reporting for Billing customers and also internal requirement for Excel analysis of business.
To ensure all sales order pertaining to Print Billing and maintenance contracts and leasing are invoiced
Monitoring queues of orders to be processed
Collation of data for orders to be invoiced
Chasing internal and external customers for outstanding paperwork
Raising and despatching of sales orders
Close liaison with Credit Control (assisting with the chasing of aged debt)
Keeping full history of maintenance invoicing for top customers
Maintaining spreadsheets of customers who need to be invoiced
Raising of credit paperwork where necessary and agreed
Checking of internal cross charges
Analyse monthly billing volumes compiling data from multiple data sources with the view to identifying revenue leakage opportunities and validating billing completeness
Essential Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in invoicing and invoicing terminology
Advanced Excel Skills and overall understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
An understanding of the IT market place with commercial awareness
The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Must be methodical with good organisational and time management skills
Must be able to work in a pro-active manner, driving continual service improvement throughout the billing function and attribute great attention to detail.
Capable of working to deadlines and governed SLA’s
Must have a flexible attitude and be enthusiastic
Must be presentable and professional at all times
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Must be prepared to work overtime as and when required
Willingness to undertake security clearance check as required
Print Billing – experience working for a Managed Print Services company would be ideal, but awareness of cost per copy/metered type billing would be advantageous
