Are you looking for your next opportunity within Property Management?

A modern and friendly property management company based in Sheffield are looking for their next Property Manager. This role is full time 35 hours a week, with flexi time. The main purpose of this role is to support the business with all types of management and maintenance issues at the relevant properties. The salary is up to GBP40,000 per annum, depending on your experience. The right candidate will be able to prioritize, communicate, and co-ordinate all Customer groups effectively. You will need a Full UK Clean Driving License and use of own transport for this roll.

What can you expect in the role of Property Manager?
· Provide a high-quality, responsive, and value-for-money property management service to their customers
· Attend visits, complete regular inspections, ensuring the managed areas are compliant with Health and Safety regulations
· Prepare budgets and monitor service charge accounts
· Take a leading role with planning major works, maintenance and ensuring everything is completed in a cyclical manor
· Be able to recognise situations where technical support is required, co-ordinating third parties and overseeing subsequent works until completion

What experience do you need to work as a Property Manager?
· Housing Qualification or working towards
· Experience of Bill to Rent is desirable
· Experience of Client Management in terms of tenants
· Someone whos preferably worked in the Private Sector
· Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Excellent problem-solving abilities
· IT Literate
· Full clean UK Driving license, and own transport
