An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our healthcare client based in Chester-le-Street. The role will be working within the branch as a sales and customer service advisor, providing first class customer service to customers both face to face and over the telephone. You will be supporting with scheduling appointments and managing a busy diary as well as customer relationships.
The ideal person will be passionate to provide first class customer service, enjoy dealing with customers face to face and be happy to work towards targets. You must be computer literate, including a basic knowledge of Outlook and Teams ideally and it would be preferred to have experience working on internal databases or using appointment booking systems.
A background in customer services is essential! Full training can be offered.
The position is full time and temporary initially, working 37.5 hours per week, (Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm), paying an hourly rate of GBP10.50ph. This position will hopefully become permanent within 4 weeks, for the right person, on a salary of GBP20,475pa + variable commission scheme.
What will you be doing as a Customer Care Co-ordinator?
· Greeting visitors to the branch in a warm and friendly manner
· Answering all incoming calls to the branch and handling general enquiries
· Diary management to include booking and prioritising appointments
· Scheduling the maximum number of appointment into the branch diary per day to boost the branches performance
· Maintaining regular contact with customers on the database to identify appointment opportunities and promoting add-on products
· Maximising the sales of add on products where needed
· Administering PDQ and credit card payments
· Maintaining the CRM system used, ensuring all information is accurately recorded
· Maintaining weekly sales figures using Excel spreadsheets
· Processing incoming and outgoing post
· Managing branch petty cash
· Controlling branch stock and stationary
· Maintaining in-store and window marketing displays and ensuring that branch is well presented at all times
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills along with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal colleagues and customers is essential
· Previous experience working on internal databases or using appointment booking systems would be an advantage
· The successful candidate will have the ability to work to set targets and objectives and take a pro active approach to work
· Computer literate, including a basic knowledge of Outlook and TEAMS ideally
