We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join an existing team managing customer relations from briefing to production delivery.

About The Role of Account Executive:
· Supporting across several public sector accounts for print design and marketing communications services
· You will be responsible for supporting Strategic Account Manager/ Account manager to deliver client projects from initial contact with clients to final delivery and invoicing
· Liaising with other areas of the business including creative, studio, publishing, commercial and logistics teams
· An opportunity to develop account management skills in a fast paced high volume publishing and print environment
· Some projects you will work on are Official publications, Printed forms and stationery, Creative projects for digital use only, Outdoor, large format printed items, Exhibition and event materials, Booklets and brochures and Promotional items
· Working closely both internally and with the client in delivering their requirements on-time and to budget
· Build strong client and colleague relationships
· Manage all workflow related to your client projects
· Ownership of client projects maintaining accurate records on workflow systems
Essential Skills & Experience required for the role of Account Executive:
· Previous admin or customer service experience with an interest in learning
· Experience or knowledge in marketing a communications would be beneficial
· Good verbal and written communication
· Must be able to manage deadlines
· Manage workload effectively
· Highlight and resolve issues, escalating where appropriate
