Do you have a logistics background? and want the opportunity to work for an international industry leader? The ability to build long lasting relationships is essential for this role.
We are looking for an individual who has a good eye for detail and has both good excel and communication skills. The key being accuracy. The candidate must be able to multitask and be thorough and accurate.

What will you be doing as a logistics administrator?
· Monitor our Inbox and our Purchase Invoice system and process Logistics related invoices in a timely manner
· Proficient Excel user, who can write simple formulas and use Excel based tools to review invoices and data
· Learn & use multiple internal and external systems
· Liaise with colleagues over queries, via phone, Teams or email
· Challenge incorrect invoices with suppliers
· Find the internal Job Numbers relevant to invoices and create Purchase Orders for the relevant suppliers
· Escalate outstanding queries to their line manager
· Matching and authorising credits
· Ability to prioritise workload
· Fluent in English (oral and written)
· Provide support to the core Logistics team in creating/managing product records on our Logistics Management System
· Processing bookings from suppliers
· Monitoring reports and highlighting discrepancies to users
· Identify opportunities to improve existing process

What are we looking for?
Someone with a strong eye for detail
Excellent use of Excel, V look ups and pivot tables.
Previous administration experience
Experience with invoices and logistics background
