We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Audio Typist to start work immediately on a temporary basis. The firm cover a wide range of disciplines and would be keen to find someone with previous Conveyancing experience. Audio typing will be the main bulk of the work and we would need the person to have previously worked as a legal secretary. Knowledge of working with a case management system is desired but not essential. This is initially a temporary role, with a view to go permanent for the right candidate. The hours will be Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm. The role is based in Altrincham, Hale and ideally starting as soon as possible! About The Role:

  • Audio typing - digital dictation
  • Typing up letters
  • Dealing with documents and bundles
  • Taking telephone calls and speaking with clients
  • Any other administration or secretarial duties as required


About the role:

  • Experience within Conveyancing is ideal but not essential
  • Previous legal secretarial support background is needed
  • Good communicator
  • Strong Audio typing skills
  • Previous experience working with a case management system is preferred but not essential
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to fit in well with a small team of 3
