We are looking for a customer service advisor to join our retail savings team. Working for a bank in the centre of Manchester, this is a really exciting career opportunity. What you will do in the role of Customer Service Associate?

  • Work closely with the Savings Team and Team Leader
  • Deliver exceptional service for our customers
  • During quieter periods you will have opportunities to support to the wider business
  • Be the first point of contact with our savings customers on the phone and via email
  • Help customers with the opening and ongoing running of their accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely response to customer queries.
  • Meet service level agreements for processes as specified by the Savings Manager.
  • Liaise with the wider business, including Cash Operations, Change and Finance.
  • Represent the Savings team including ross functional projects providing insight for process improvements.
  • Ensure all retail processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Complaints to be dealt with effectively by following internal processes.


What we are looking for as the role of Customer Service Associate?

  • Previous experience within a call centre or customer service office based role would be ideal Someone who has dealt with customers in retail or hospitality and is comfortable in a fast paced environment would also be great for this role
  • You will be curious, enjoy enthusiastically experimenting, always demonstrate integrity and love to give back
