Are you looking for a varied and different Administration role where you will pay and integral part in the day to day operations?

We are working in partnership with a Marketing Communications and Print Solutions company based in the Runcorn area. We are currently looking for an ORM Administrator to join an existing team and provide support between account management and production. This is an exciting time to join the business during a period of growth with plenty of opportunity to progress and career.

What will you be doing as an ORM Administrator?

  • Working as part of a team who support the commiunicaitons and coordination between key internal clients and production departments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in order to manage expectations on client deliverables
  • Working closely with the Account Management teams, regularly updating on production status through order management process
  • Support with the preparation of development plans from account management briefings
  • Provide admin support to deliver business and account objectives by following business processes and systems
  • Following company best practise guidance

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within administration or support
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing or production or service environment would be beneficial
  • Proactive approach
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Able to manage workload effectively
  • Flexible approach to workload and task allocation
  • Identify and maximise cost saving opportunities
