What will you be doing as a Recruitment Coordinator?
Working as part of a friendly and well established team, you will be carrying out a busy and varied role where no two days are ever the same. Duties will include:
· Working closely with our team of established Recruitment Consultants
· Acting as the first point of contact for our candidates
· Interviewing candidates both face to face and via our online video platform
· Using a variety of proactive and passive methods to attract suitable candidates for both permanent and temporary vacancies
· Writing job adverts and dealing with ad response
· Managing and maintaining a database of candidates, ensuring candidates are contacted about relevant and suitable roles
· Providing admin support across the branch
· Assisting with internal audits including reference checks and right to work documents
· Sourcing new leads to be passed to the Recruitment Consultants

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Experience in a busy and varied administration or sales support position
· Experience in a similar recruitment support or resource role would be beneficial but is not essential
· Upbeat and confident with excellent relationship building skills
· Bright and keen to learn and develop a career in recruitment
· Able to multitask and work to targets and tight deadlines
· Proactive with a positive can-do attitude
· General IT skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
