Are you a motivated and ambitious Sales Candidate? Are you looking for your next opportunity within a fast paced, enthusiastic and exciting environment? I am currently seeking a Business Development Executive to work for a Digital Marketing company. You will be responsible for the full end-to-end sales process, managing your own time/workload, and generating new business by chasing leads. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, and will be able to start induction on July 1st 2024.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be offered an amazing commission structure, where you will be expected to be earning up to GBP27,000 with a realistic OTE of GBP60,000- which is paid weekly!


What you will be doing as a Business Development Executive?

  • Making outbound calls from qualified data, following up from lead generation
  • Researching and analysing business opportunities
  • Making initial contact with decision makers, building up rapport and fact finding, booking appointments and visiting clients face to face to win business
  • Asking open questions to understand the situation & then selling relevant benefits
  • Working as part of team to hit collective and individual targets
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact, to the end sale


What skills and experience do you need for the role of Sales Executive?

  • The ability to work towards KPIs and targets.
  • Ideally you will have B2B experience
  • Tenacious with a confident telephone manner
  • Experience within a sales role
  • Money motivated and target driven
  • Ambition to progress and develop within a fast paced and growing company
