Do you have experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support? Are you looking to join a fantastic international company looking to develop their team? If so, this could be the role for you. Your role as a Sales Administrator:
Working as a part of a team, you will be providing support to the UK and Ireland sales team and customer base. Duties will include:
* Handling orders and queries by phone and email
* Supporting the Account Management Team by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delivery dates
* Maintaining sales records and creating weekly and monthly reports
* Arranging the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the Account Management Team generate business leads
* Monitoring and organising the inventory while effectively tracking new products for sale
* Coordinating activities and orders with other departments including finance, workshop and logistics
* Liaising with the Account Management Team to ensure that orders are processed promptly
* Attending training to develop knowledge of the company's products and services

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a similar Sales Support, Sales Administration or Internal Sales role or other B2B support based role such as Hire Controller
*Resilient, determined and driven
*Excellent communication skills
*Positive and upbeat team player with a good sense of humour
*Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook including the ability to use pivot tables
