About The Role: Taking full ownership and delivering exceptional Customer Service by liaising with customers and proactively informing them on any changes to their order.
Dealing with incoming calls from internal and external customers
Responding to calls, email and web chat enquires within the agreed lead-time
Resolution of all customer complaints
Processing customer claims on the in-house system
Processing credit requests
Liaising with stores when orders haven’t been received by the cut off date
Processing new store starter packs
Attending both internal and external meetings
Maintenance of the sales order book
Creating daily reports
Essential Skills & Experience
Positive, enthusiastic and motivated to meet deadlines
Proactive in ensuring that customers’ requirements are met
Attention to detail
Monitors and manages own time to ensure daily objectives are met
Flexibility when required to meet deadlines

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
