The role:

Working as part of a busy team, you will be carrying out a varied admin support role while acting as first point of contact for our customers. You will also work your way through a qualification in Recruitment Resourcing

Duties will include:   

Providing “first point of contact” for all calls and visitors to the hub

Supporting the branch with various admin tasks

Interviewing candidates and ensuring compliance with quality standards

Developing the skills and ability to carry out resourcing to find candidates through various pro active tasks

Managing a database of candidates and match them to a variety of positions

Sourcing leads and new business opportunities for the sales team

Confidently dealing with candidates

Working as part of a team to hit individual and team KPI’s and targets

About you:

This is a very busy and varied role and you will need to be confident, resilient resourceful, show initiative and react quickly to challenging situations.  You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to develop new skills. The role offers the scope to move into a either a recruitment consultant or recruitment resourcer position in the future for the right candidate. Excellent Word, Excel and admin skills are essential.

We also have an end of year bonus and an annual profit share. Pretty good eh?
