About the role:

Working as part of a small team, you will be assisting the design team in an admin/support role.  Duties will include:

Using existing templates to create visuals with Adobe Illustrator

Sending visuals for customer orders to agreed deadlines

Updating the CRM system.

Liaising with internal and external printers

Assisting the design team to ensure a high level of customer service

General office administration

This role is not suited to someone who is looking for a current graphic design role as this position is more admin based.  

Skills and experience required:

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administration role although a graduate with a degree in Graphic Design would also be suitable. You will be comfortable working with Word, Excel and email as well as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Some basic design experience is desirable but not essential.  A minimum of 5 GCSE Grade A -C (or equivalent) including English and Maths is essential. You will have an excellent eye for detail, strong communication skills and be able to work to deadlines
