Working for a company who have successfully traded for over 50 years and are one of the UK’s fastest growing providers in it’s field operating worldwide. We are currently recruiting for a Fluent French Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Cheadle on a permenant basis paying between £16,000 and £18,000 per annum.


The Role

Working on a specific project to refurbish a specific, prestigious car dealership’s branches, across Europe

Each individual car dealership will contact this team to order the exact displays and furniture required

Taking customer calls and ordering goods to match the specifications and measurements given

Arranging for goods to be delivered to the correct sites

Responsible for coordinating engineers who will fit the products

General customer queries and complaints

Chasing and arranging deliveries

Offering basic technical support on how the products are to be fitted

Inputting orders on to the system from the phone and web based system

Skills and Experience

Hard working

Customer Focused

Accurate and good attention to detail

Previous Customer service experience

Confident in speaking, writing and reading in English and French


The Benefits

Full time – Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm or 9.30am – 6pm

Must be flexible on hours

£16,000 – £18,000 per annum, pro rata
