We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Handler for a well established company in the Horwich area.  This is an ongoing temporary position and has a pay rate of £8.77 per hour rising after 12 weeks with free car parking.

About The Role:

Supporting the delivery of the services to accounts across the UK

Liaising with clients and suppliers

Prioritising service requests on a scale of urgency

Accurately logging all service requests

Processing queries and updating systems

Dealing with complaints, escalation and resolution of all calls

Working to various levels of service level agreements

Ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate

Ensuring that all company accounts are complaint with the required standards

Essential Skills & Experience

Confident telephone manner

Strong organisational skills

Keen eye for detail

Excellent communication skills

Able to multi task and working to strict deadlines

Methodical, analytical and process led

Strong IT knowledge

Effective coordinating skills
