We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary / Audio Typist to work on a temporary basis for 2 days W/C 24/06/2019. The firm cover Residential Conveyancing; however experience within this is not essential. Audio typing will be the main bulk of the work and this is the main experience required. This is a temporary role only to cover whilst staff attend a training course. Monday and Tuesday 9.00AM – 5.00PM. The role is based close to New Mills / Marple/ High Peak area.
About The Role:
Audio typing – digital dictation
Typing up letters
Dealing with documents and bundles
Taking telephone calls and speaking with clients
Any other administration or secretarial duties as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
Ideally experience in Residential Conveyancing, however this is not essential
Previous legal secretarial support background
Strong Audio typing skills
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to fit in well with a small team
