A fantastic office manager opportunity for a well organised hardworking individual who is looking to take on responsibility for running and managing the full business support for there UK based office.

About The Role:

· Under the supervision of the General Manager, to maintain UK facilities and administer day to day operations such as fault finding and ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

· To maintain effective and positive communication channels both internally and externally with all customers and key stakeholders.

· Maintain UK facilities

· Look for ways to run the properties more efficiently

· Work with UK Purchasing Administrator to reduce costs on utility charges and other non-fixed spending

· Hold keys and liaise with security/alarm companies as required

· Responsible for all day to day administration and operational purchasing

· Controller of all UK keys, administer key log, contact alarm company as required

· Admin / Ops cover co-ordination, and general cover support

· Arrange cover for all UK administrative positions ensuring adequate cover at all times, particularly during holidays but also due to sickness or other absence to effectively run the business

· Cover administrative roles and responsibilities as required such as Order Entry

· Question the normal routine, challenge how we operate and drive change where it will make the business be more efficient and effective.

· Travel & Insurance . book and administer UK travel

· Administer company and hire car bookings

· Administer car maintenance schedule

· Ensure car insurance is current and sufficient

· HR Support

· Booking company events

· Health & Safety

· Ensure the company meets and exceeds regulations

· Arrange for staff to be sent on training courses

· Ensure appropriate first aiders are trained

· Administer UK training

· Book training courses, arrange travel and maintain an up to date training file

· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post including couriers

· Ensure supplies of stationery are replenished

Essential Skills & Experience

· Previous office management experience is essential

· Exceptional organisational skills

· Strong ability to communicate at all levels

· Tact and Diplomacy

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft AX

· Excellent judgement and reasoning skills

About The Benefits

· Salary £24,000 – £26,000

· Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
