We are recruiting for an experienced Part Time Complaints Officer working as part of the NHS in the central Bury area.  This is an excellent temporary role looking for an immediate start, paying £15.00 per hour.

About The Role:

Working within the PALS team taking inbound calls and emails regarding complaints

Making records of the complaint received and update the internal systems

Investigating complaints efficiently

Maintaining records of all complaints including the subject matter, outcome and notification of the response period, including any amendments

Making outbound calls to all parties involved with any issues

Creating and sending letters and all other customer correspondence

Preparing reports and general administration duties 

Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent customer service skills

Able to defuse situations

Strong organisational skills

Able to multi task in a fast paced environment

Problem solver

Strong attention to detail

Able to deal with difficult and complex complaints

Strong knowledge of Freedom of Information Act

Methodical and able to follow procedures and processes

Any experience within GMC, CQC, GMSS, NHS background is essential
