A fast paced well established company in Horwich is looking for an experienced well organised, professional and enthusiastic Receptionist and administrator to join the team. This role is temporary paying up to £8.00 per hour. An immediate start is required and benefits include free parking

About The Company:

This successful well established organisation is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their current team. Their success has been based upon providing high quality with excellent customer service.

About The Role:

You will be working on a busy reception answer incoming calls on the switchboard and directing calls to relevant departments or individuals.

Meeting and greet visitors entering the business and ensuring appointments are scheduled when required

General housekeeping duties

Responsible for keeping meeting rooms’ clean and tidy and assisting in the preparation of catering provisions

Monitoring visitor and security access

Managing stationary and office orders and requests

Assisting with the booking of travel and accommodations for all staff

Liaising with on site management for any building related issues

Compliance with Heath and Safety regulations

Dealing with all correspondence via post

Ad hoc administrative duties

Essential Skills & Experience

You must have previous Reception experience working in a professional environment and be used to managing your own work load

You will be able to prioritise tasks and be able to organise deliveries and post as required

You will have great attention to detail and be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook

You will be well presented, professional and have a clear, welcoming and enthusiastic telephone manner

You will be able to work unsupervised and be calm in busy situations
