We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Administration Assistant for a successful family orientated solicitors based in Oldham. Working as part of a friendly team based in the town centre, you will benefit from a salary of up to £14,430 as well as various attendance bonuses and a company pension scheme.

About The Role:


Working as a trainee in a general office administrator role

Answering inbound calls

Meeting and greeting visitors

Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Typing, inputting and updating data on in-house system

Scanning documents

Filing and archiving files

Assisting in other departments when required

Essential Skills & Experience


Must be IT literate

Confident dealing with people both face to face and over the phone

5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English

Office experience would be beneficial
