An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance & Office Manager reporting to the business owner of a fast past and growing ticketing and events organisation.
Working in the office based in Manchester centre you will be responsible for overseeing the ales and purchasing process of all hospitality and ticketing of live global music and sports events.

What you will be doing in the role of Finance and Office Manager?

  • Day to day management of a team of 6 in the office
  • Checking compliance of all sales processed on the system
  • Ensuring all correct paperwork has been processed and uploaded to the relevant online platforms
  • Keeping the bespoke inhouse systems up to date and ensuring the quality of work processed by the wider team meets the company standards
  • Monitoring margins on all sales to ensure profit targets are met and all deals are commercially viable
  • Keeping accurate records of all the purchases and sales made across the business
  • Reconciliation of all sales
  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data
  • Managing all reporting and systems to keep accurate monthly accounts information to be shared with the accountant
  • Keep accurate HR records in relation to payroll, holidays and attendance
  • Develop and improve business processes to improve productivity and accuracy of work
  • Liase with external accountants on monthly uk payroll and management accounts/ MI Reporting
  • Support the Company founder in developing and growing the business through overseeing the operations

We would love to hear from you for the role of Finance & Office Manager if you have the following skills and experience?

  • Previous management experience in an finance and operational role
  • Experience in manging financial data in relation to sales and purchase ledger
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Ability to work on MS excel and learn internal bespoke systems and CRM
