Based in Stockport town centre, were an award-winning recruitment business with over 45 years experience, and were looking to add to our team.
You'll start by learning the commercial side of recruitment - speaking to businesses, following up leads, developing new relationships and understanding where we can help. As you gain experience and confidence, you'll take on more responsibility, becoming involved in vacancies, sourcing and interviewing candidates and building relationships with both customers and candidates.
The aim isnt to keep you just making calls forever. Its to teach you recruitment from the ground up and give you the skills and experience to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
With a salary of £26,000-£29,000, depending on experience, OTE of £35,000+, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities to progress, this could be the start of a long-term career.
Your career in recruitment
Recruitment is a career where no two days are quite the same. You'll be dealing with different businesses, different people and different challenges every day.
You'll start with the commercial side of the job, learning how to:
- Speak confidently to businesses and build new relationships
- Follow up leads and identify potential recruitment opportunities
- Understand a customers recruitment challenges and how we can help
- Develop your own customer base
- Work towards targets and be rewarded for your success
As you develop, so will the role.
You'll become increasingly involved in:
- Taking and managing permanent vacancies
- Sourcing suitable candidates
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Matching people to the right opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Developing long-term customer and candidate relationships
- Visiting customers and becoming a trusted recruitment partner

What were looking for
You don't need previous recruitment experience.
You might be a graduate looking for your first real career, have experience in sales or customer service, or simply be someone who knows they enjoy speaking to people and wants the opportunity to build something for themselves.
What matters most is your personality, attitude and appetite to succeed.
Were looking for someone who is:

- Experience in recruitment or a sales-based role would be interesting, but it's certainly not essential
